  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities :

This role involves performing reconciliation tasks, investigating and resolving discrepancies, managing settlement reports, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliation tasks and verify transaction records to ensure accuracy and completeness between the Razer backend system and third-party payment channels.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between company records and third-party payment partners.
  • Manage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly settlement reports for e-invoicing purposes
  • Evaluate accounts payable balances and coordinate with merchants and partners to resolve outstanding invoices.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment of merchant and partner records with internal systems and reports.
  • Maintain strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective time management while working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Assist Team Lead to provide recommendations process improvement and other ad hoc tasks/assignments


Pre-Requisites :

  • Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent
  • With at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Maintaining orderly records and experience in a Shared Services Center environment
