Job Responsibilities :
This role involves performing reconciliation tasks, investigating and resolving discrepancies, managing settlement reports, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain financial accuracy.Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation tasks and verify transaction records to ensure accuracy and completeness between the Razer backend system and third-party payment channels.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between company records and third-party payment partners.
- Manage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly settlement reports for e-invoicing purposes
- Evaluate accounts payable balances and coordinate with merchants and partners to resolve outstanding invoices.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment of merchant and partner records with internal systems and reports.
- Maintain strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective time management while working independently with minimal supervision.
Assist Team Lead to provide recommendations process improvement and other ad hoc tasks/assignments
Pre-Requisites :
- Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent
- With at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with minimal supervision
- Maintaining orderly records and experience in a Shared Services Center environment
