We are looking to employ an HR Payroll Executive with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. The HR Executive is expected to be knowledgeable about employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight into the labour process.

Updating Employee records maintenance, Performance appraisals, Recruitment, Adhering to all pertinent labour laws, Ensuring Safety of workers, Employee relations, Measure employee retention, Organise events and conferences for employees, Interpersonal, communication, Administration of pay and benefits, Regulatory compliance, Counsel employees as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all HR documentation and administration such as employment confirmation, promotion, disciplinary issue, warning letters, exit of termination letters, personnel documents, attendance tracking, leave administration, medical records, insurance, etc.
  • Responsible for processing the full payroll in an accurate and timely manner deadline
  • Reconciliation of accounts for Payroll related matters Contact for all payroll-related queries.
  • Manage employees' performance evaluation.
  • Preparing and compiling timely reports on staff listing, manpower movement and other administrative updates.
  • Liaise with HR Manager on employee movement (new hire, resignation, unpaid leave, staff repayment, overtime, bonus/AWS payout and material form, etc)
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for registration to Payroll, QuickPay, EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN contribution, CP22A resigned employees, CP8A, EA form Borang BE, and Income tax filing.
  • Ensure all payroll journal reports are posted promptly.
  • Ensure staff disciplinary issues are handled in conformity with the company's policy as well as labour law and take appropriate action.
  • Administer the company's HR policies and procedures to ensure it is up to date staff adherence.
  • Any HR & administrative ad-hoc work assigned, any other relevant duties which may be assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Maintaining a proper filing system of all personnel documents
  • Supporting the recruitment interviews, calling & the arrangement review.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, Finance in Accounts, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • To assist the day-to-day management of the HR Division, Payroll Division, and related Division of the Human Resources Department
  • Strong communication skills in written words and translate into Mandarin
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
