JOB SCOPE:
1. Issuing Sticker Labels for Finished Goods

  • Ensure that all finished goods are correctly labelled with accurate information, including product details, batch numbers, and expiration dates, in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with the quality control team to verify that labels reflect the correct specifications before products are released for storage or shipment.

2. Monitoring Cycle Time of Machines

  • Track and monitor machine cycle times to ensure production efficiency and adherence to scheduled output targets.
  • Analyse deviations from expected cycle times and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

3.Monitoring Stocks and Delivery

  • Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to ensure there is no stock-out or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries of raw materials and dispatches of finished goods according to the production plan.

4. Updating Daily Stock Sheet

  • Maintain and update daily stock sheets with real-time data on inventory usage, production output, and material consumption.
  • Ensure accurate recording of stock movements, including receipts, withdrawals, and adjustments, to maintain clear inventory records.

5. Monitoring Machine Downtime

  • Track machine downtime, documenting reasons for any stoppages (e.g., breakdowns, maintenance, or setup changes).
  • Work with the technical team to minimize downtime, implement corrective actions, and ensure minimal impact on overall production efficiency.

6. Checking and Compiling Completed Purchase Orders

  • Review and verify completed purchase orders to ensure accuracy in quantity, delivery dates, and specifications of materials or equipment required for production.
  • Compile and process purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring that necessary materials are available to meet production demands without delays.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Administrative Skills – Managing office supplies, scheduling, record-keeping
Communication Skills – Clear written and verbal communication
Computer Skills – Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Problem-Solving – Handling office issues and finding solutions quickly
Attention to Detail – Accuracy in data entry and document management
Interpersonal Skills – Ability to work with colleagues, clients, and vendors

Qualification:
- At least SPM (pass)
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
- Proficient in reading and speaking both written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia.
