Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection of candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities and support employee growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration and employee benefits such as health insurance, leave policies and etc.
  • Identify training and development needs within the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Communicate policies to employees and ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports, including turnover rates, recruitment metrics, training evaluations, and diversity statistics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing as HR generalist or HR specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is essential. Familiarity with HR trends and emerging practices is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, BM and Mandarin are necessary to interact with employees and managers.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills are important to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address employee issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintaining high ethical standards and respecting the confidentiality of sensitive employee information are vital in the HR role.
  • Proficiency in analyzing HR data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful insights is valuable for driving data-informed HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems, HRIS and other HR-related tools is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
