  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • At least Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 3) in Office Administration or Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 4) in Front Office Operation or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 3) Aerospace Composite Structure Repair and Inspection Operations
  • Vocational Training Operation (VTO) or TVET-I certificate.
  • PPB/PPD/PP Induction Certificate.
  • Additional Qualifications (Advantages):
  • Additional SKM certificates, such as Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia in Office Administration (N821-001-3:2020), Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia in Aerospace Composite Structure Repair and Inspection Operations (C331-016-3:2021) are an advantage.
  • Teaching experience in a JPK centre is an added advantage.
  • Prior working experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development & Compliance:

  • Develop, review, update, and prepare Written Instruction Material (WIM) and student portfolios, ensuring compliance with the new NOSS for the SKM Office Administration programme (N821-001-3:2020) and SKM Aerospace Composite Structure Repair and Inspection Operations (C331-016-3:2021)

Lecturing & Learning Facilitation:

  • Conduct and deliver quality lectures, tutorials, discussions, workshops, and other learning activities in a professional and effective manner.

Engagement with Regulatory Bodies:

  • Actively participate in visits from the Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK).
  • Work closely with the PEGAWAI PENGESAH LUARAN (PPL) on examination procedures, visits, and updated WIM.

Examination & Student Assessment:

  • Update all examination marks and student portfolios in the MySpike System.
  • Assist in developing examination papers and other assessments according to course learning outcomes.
  • Invigilate examinations and evaluate students' performance accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
