An expanding organization is seeking a high-caliber finance professional to take charge of financial planning, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is best suited for a leader with a strong financial background who can also oversee administrative and human resource functions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, corporate policies, and statutory requirements.
- Manage external audits, financial risk assessment, and cost optimization strategies.
- Oversee payroll administration, compensation structures, and benefits management.
- Support operational processes by improving financial controls and administrative efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for business growth.
- Oversee cost control measures, supplier negotiations, and expense management strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial leadership, with exposure to HR & operational management.
- Strong expertise in financial compliance, reporting, tax planning, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in payroll systems, cost control, and process improvements.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
