Job Description
- Main task is to maintain good rapport and relationship with all purchasers and agents.
- Ensure the sale gallery is always neat and tidy.
- Answering phone calls, enquiries from purchasers and agents
- To assist in housing loan application and signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement
- To carry out market survey of all competitors, compile and prepare market survey reports.
- To assist/advise customer on matters related to the purchase of property e.g Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan procedures and etc
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess diploma / degree in business related field.
- Preferably candidates who has 1-2 years customer service experiences.
- Fresh Grad welcome
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Extra bonus if you have working experience in real estate industry.
