Customer Service Executive (Logistics/Freight Forwarding) - Medini
Job Descriptions:
- Assist the Manager or Assistant Manager to achieve the organizations objectives short term and long terms goals.
Assisting sales department on implementing a cohesive sales strategy that drives business revenues.
Execute daily Customers’ Service Operation effectively and efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Ensure job creation, billing, payment request to accounts.
To select the vendors, based on service and rate.
Execute and handling import export activity and documentation including coordinating the customer bookings with shipping liner, negotiating freight charges, coordinate with consignee for delivery, trucking, transportation and storage.
Ensure the shipping process and documentation are comply to the Customs regulation and other current legislation and regulations.
Ensure the customers’ service requests, quotation, enquiries and costing are attended promptly.
Report Customer feedback from potential and existing customer to the Management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Care Specialist: 5 years (Preferred)
- 3 PL Logistics: 4 years (Preferred)
