Requirements;

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in an administrative or financial management role (preferably from property management industry)
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting management software
  • Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills
