Requirements;
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in an administrative or financial management role (preferably from property management industry)
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting management software
- Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills
