  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced, thorough, and insightful inventory controller to oversee our entire company inventories. In this role, you will work with various departments to analyze costs, assess vendor relationships, and maximize profitability.

An inventory controller is responsible for managing a company's inventory levels by monitoring incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate stock records, and coordinating stock counts to maintain optimal inventory levels

Job responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly management reports independently.
  • Planning and managing inventory control.
  • Preparing stock transferring note, monitoring the inventory movement
  • Analyzing monthly manufacturing variance
  • Analyzing production costs and recommending changes.
  • Update stock movement, and monitor standard costing every month.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure sufficient inventory supply for contractual customers.
  • Perform audits, leading the quarterly stock-take at the warehouse
  • Making recommendations about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options.

Requirements:

  • At least possess in SPM, or Diploma in Accounting/ min LCCI / Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field in warehouse inventories
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
  • Preferably have a strong background in inventories and must have SAP system experience.
  • Great analytical skills, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Base in Batu Cave, Selayang with our transport. (nearby Selayang hospital)
