Airline Project : Customer Service Specialist (English & Cantonese speaking)
* Location: Georgetown - Livingston tower
* Operations Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm (including 1hr meal time)
* Start Date: 14th April 2025
* Salary: Basic package up to RM 3,700+ language allowance RM 300 + monthly performance bonus up to RM 300
* Job Responsibilities: Level 1 Customer Service
- Handle Customer Enquiry, assist flight reservations, ticket and cancelations.
- Provide information on flight schedules, fares and promotion,
- Address concern related to delays, rebooking and refunds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
