- Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy.
New Hire Orientation
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Prepare and distribute all necessary paperwork and onboarding materials.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions when needed.
Recruitment and placement
- Perform the end-to-end recruitment function.
- Build rapport with candidates, assessing their suitability through conversations, interviews, and evaluate their suitability based on client needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure a positive experience for all parties.
Compensation and benefit
- Perform end to end payroll and statutory billing process. To ensure timely and accurate delivery for clients.
- Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to statutory matters.
HRIS management
- Set up, maintain and update the HRIS.
- Process and update - leave and claim (if applicable).
Performance management
- Conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly performance appraisal.
Other Ad-Hoc Duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- 与当地政府机构和服务供应商沟通处理法定事务。
HRIS管理
- 建立、维护并更新HR信息系统。
- 处理并更新请假和报销(如适用)。
绩效管理
- 进行月度/季度/年度绩效评估。
其他临时任务
- 完成上级分配的其他临时任务。
