  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy.

New Hire Orientation

  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Prepare and distribute all necessary paperwork and onboarding materials.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions when needed.

Recruitment and placement

  • Perform the end-to-end recruitment function.
  • Build rapport with candidates, assessing their suitability through conversations, interviews, and evaluate their suitability based on client needs.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure a positive experience for all parties.

Compensation and benefit

  • Perform end to end payroll and statutory billing process. To ensure timely and accurate delivery for clients.
  • Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to statutory matters.

HRIS management

  • Set up, maintain and update the HRIS.
  • Process and update - leave and claim (if applicable).

Performance management

  • Conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly performance appraisal.

Other Ad-Hoc Duties

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
