- Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training & development and other HR related support.
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
- Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, and etc.
- Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review.
- Handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation & grievances process.
- Assist in foreign worker related matters.
- To update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.
