Responsibilities: • Converse, read, write, and speak in Japanese (N1 or native level) and English fluently. • Understand and manage both Japanese-speaking and native Japanese candidate and client expectations to ensure successful placements. • Source potential and suitable Japanese-speaking and native Japanese candidates using various channels such as in-house databases, LinkedIn, and referrals. • Post job ads on our own website, social media platforms, and job boards to attract and connect with potential candidates. • Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates to screen their skills and experiences, and evaluate their Japanese language proficiency based on job descriptions and qualifications. • Liaise with Japanese and non-Japanese clients to obtain job orders, submit candidate CVs, arrange interviews, and handle offer negotiations as a 360-degree consultant. • Build and maintain networks of prospective and existing clients by attending client visits, Japanese business events, and community gatherings. • Advise the HR department and Talent Acquisition team on the recruitment process and recommend promising applicants for hiring. • Manage the in-house database, report activity numbers, and work closely with team members to achieve team and company goals. • Achieve both individual sales and activity KPIs as set by the Manager. Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, Psychology, or a related field. • Fluency in English and native or near-native Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1). • 2 to 5 years of recruiter or Talent Acquisition experience for the native Japanese or Japanese-speaking market, either in a recruitment agency or in-house. • Familiarity with the Japanese market, clients, and candidates is an advantage. • Experience as a 360-degree consultant is an advantage. • Proactive, multitasking, and fast-responding mindset.
