Social Media Management: • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. • Create engaging content, schedule posts, interact with followers, and track the performance of campaigns. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive traffic. • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and monitor search engine algorithms. Paid Advertising: • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. • Analyse ad performance, optimize spending, and ensure that campaign goals are met. Content Creation: • Develop and manage the creation of digital content, including pictures, videos, banners, infographics, and other media, to engage and inform target audiences on a monthly basis for online campaigns. • Oversee the content calendar and collaborate with other departments for content creation. Email Marketing: • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates, with Mailchimp. • Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, B2C sales teams, and B2B sales teams. Key Skills: • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.). • Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability. • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions. • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
