Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods and materials. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and performing regular cycle counts and stock audits. Order Fulfillment: Ensure that customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the logistics team to meet delivery timelines. Receiving Goods: Oversee the receipt of goods, inspecting shipments for damages, verifying quantities, and ensuring proper documentation is completed. Storage & Organization: Ensure that all goods are stored safely and efficiently within the warehouse, following appropriate storage procedures and space optimization. Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement or purchasing teams to reorder goods before they run out, ensuring continuous supply. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Ensure that warehouse staff adhere to safety guidelines and best practices. Team Supervision: Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. Train new employees on warehouse processes and safety procedures. Shipping & Receiving Documentation: Prepare shipping documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant with regulations. Reporting: Maintain records and provide reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and order fulfillment status to management. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
