The Role We are seeking a talented WB Clerk cum Admin Site to join our dynamic team at LEPPO CONCRETE SDN. BHD. in Likas, Sabah. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions on site. What you'll be doing Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties To prepare the Daily Batcher Report after obtaining and checking the physical stock level from the WB Clerk Daily entry of daily production and material usage information in the Batcher Reports and to be submitted to the HQ Account everyday. Materials receiving and to data entry incoming materials in Weightbridge system To do and update report of Vehicle Maintenance and Plant maintenance to be submitted to the HQ as per-schedule and to filling all the Maintenance reports according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. To Support HR by oversee plant payroll, which includes tracking , recording and monitoring daily attendance, Staff Overtime, Trip Commission and to verify face recognition to make sure it was successfully recorded in the system. To ensures latest updated of List Staff every end of the month , to always update record of the Quarters occupants to be submitted to the HQ office every end of the month To keep Operation Supervisor and HR Dept informed on any issues immediately by reporting verbally or memo or Whatsapp to prepare daily production report; to collect the Delivery Notes (DN) from WB Clerk/Drivers and fuel receipts from drivers; to check and verify that all the DN’s are in order and whether there is any anomally or rejection remarks, before submitting to the Accounts; To do daily Fuel Consumption Analysis every week and to make sure the recording of in and out of the card user/receipts recorded in the log book accordingly. To ensure immediate reporting to the HQ Management if there is any discipline issue including absenteeism issue, negligence of tasks, stolen case in plant/office and others that related and as well as any other jobs as directed and assigned from time to time. and as well as any other jobs as directed and assigned from time to time. What we're looking for Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks What we offer At LEPPO CONCRETE SDN.
