Retail Sales Associate (Sunway Velocity & Sunway Pyramid)

We are looking for Sales Associates to handle both sales and cashiering duties in our client's retail store in Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Velocity Mall. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, sales-driven, and comfortable handling transactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and excellent service. • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting products. • Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately using the POS system. • Process refunds, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally. • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and stock levels. • Assist in inventory management, restocking, and stocktaking. • Ensure cash register balances at the end of each shift. • Follow company policies and procedures for sales, returns, and promotions. Requirements: • Education: Minimum SPM. • Experience: Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or a similar role. • Skills: Strong sales and communication skills, attention to detail in handling transactions, and basic computer literacy. • Other: Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
