1. Manage the onboarding process for drivers. 2. Source driver candidates through social media postings. 3. Conduct urine tests for new drivers and randomly test 3 drivers per month. 4. Ensure new drivers have a valid license & GDL, pass the urine test, pass the background check, have no summons in MySikap, and pass the driving test before proceeding. 5. Prepare the employment contract, Company Policy for driver and other required documents for new drivers. 6. Enter personal details, expiry dates, and upload screenshots of the MyJPJ license & GDL, urine test report, and MySikap report. 7. Conduct orientation for new drivers. 8. Provide and record PPE items such as vests and helmets for new drivers, and after 3 months, provide and record safety shoes and uniforms and other equipments. 9. Coordinate with the Fleet & Technical departments to ensure diesel cards are provided to drivers and create login IDs for the Driver Care app. 10. Coordinate with the Operations department to ensure TNG cards are provided to drivers and that they are added to the WhatsApp group. 11. Prepare a letter for opening a bank account. 12. Support receptionist tasks. 13. Perform any other tasks assigned by higher management.
