Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Relations • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate person. Office Administration & Support • Manage incoming and outgoing parcels, correspondence, and courier arrangements. • Sort and distribute daily mail. • Assist with procurement and supplier coordination. • Monitor office supplies, pantry stock, and ensure timely replenishment. • Support document filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks. • Assist in organizing meetings, company events, and coordinating food orders. Vehicle & Maintenance Coordination • Schedule periodic vehicle maintenance and service appointments. • Monitor vehicle conditions and report any issues promptly. Requirements Education: SPM/Diploma in any field. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email communication. Personal Attributes: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Positive attitude and willingness to assist in various office tasks.
