• Preparing Invoices and Delivery orders, ensure all delivery orders are signed and chopped with correct company stamp. • Ensure packing list’s section and quantity matching the delivery schedule. • Assist sales admin/officer preparing confirmation of orders upon receiving the purchase orders from customers, load in internal order for planning department and preparing daily delivery schedule. • Ensuring all the selling prices to customers is matching with our price list. • Prepare correspondences and price revision quotation for sales executive. • Filling for invoices, delivery order, complete purchase order, etc. • To do other jobs assigned from time to time.
