INSTALLER RESPONSIBILITY • To carry out product installations and service support for all CSE products at customer or business partner locations as directed by the Management. • To carry out all jobs allocated to the highest quality standards to achieve a zero installation defect KPI. • To strictly follow CSE installation and service processes and SOP’s for all jobs allocated. • To achieve productivity and job time KPI’s given. • To ensure all installation and service documentation is completed clearly and accurately for all jobs and ensure all documentation is completed and passed to the DIS Admin or Manager daily. • To arrive at allocated job locations on-time at all times. If faced with any unavoidable delays, you are to call and inform the DIS Admin or Manager immediately of the reason for delay and ETA to allow the DIS Admin or Manager to inform the customer of the delay in advance. Potential delays must be reported immediately and at minimum 30 minutes before the job appointment time. • In the event of any inability to attend to work, you must inform the DIS Manager before 8:00am if you are not able to attend work and when returning to work documentation must be produced to prove the validity of the reason for nonattendance. • To always fully complete jobs before departing from the customer location. The DIS manager must approve any exception to this in advance. • To attend all CSE installation and service training sessions and keep updated with CSE products, services and installation/service trends. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION • PMR/SPM / Certificate in Electronic / Automotive • Engineering • Minimum 2-3 years working experience preferably in a similar field / related job function. • Responsible, disciplined, hands-on and proactive. • Positive work attitude and willing to learn. • Must possess good attendance and observes punctuality at all times
