Key Responsibilities: Client Success: -Convert registered leads into active live account holders and manage an existing portfolio of clients. -Reactivate dormant accounts and meet sales revenue targets. -Provide excellent service and communication through online and offline channels. -Educate clients on how to use trading platforms and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. -Handle the entire sales process, from lead conversion to account management. -Collaborate with team members and marketing to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention. -Conduct reactivation calls for inactive clients and nurture relationships with business partners such as educators or signal providers. -Ensure compliance with all internal policies. Partnership Success: -Develop and maintain a strong network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), Asset Managers, Affiliates, and Institutional/B2B clients. -Establish and nurture business relationships to ensure long-term retention of clients. -Proactively discuss financial markets and key factors influencing market movements with clients. -Conduct market research to identify opportunities and areas where competitors may have weaknesses. -Negotiate with partners to ensure commercially viable and mutually beneficial agreements. -Gather feedback and insights from clients and share with internal teams to enhance service offerings. -Meet and exceed sales revenue targets while supporting the company’s business growth. Skills & Experience Required: -A diploma or higher qualification in finance, business, economics, or a related field. -Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Thai. -Strong understanding of financial markets and trading. -Previous experience in sales or business development, particularly in the Forex, CFD, or financial industry. -Existing book of IBs and business partners is a plus. -Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and internal teams. -Highly motivated, energetic, and well-organized with excellent time management skills. -Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs. -Excellent networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proactive, innovative, and a clear communicator.
