Job Summary: The Production Planner is responsible for production scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow coordination to ensure efficient and on-time manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production schedules based on order requirements and manufacturing capacity. Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. Monitor production progress, identify potential delays, and adjust schedules as needed. Analyze capacity utilization, machine availability, and workforce allocation to optimize production efficiency. Ensure raw materials and components are available to meet the production plan. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to align production with shipping schedules. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the production process and propose improvement solutions. Generate production reports and KPIs to track performance and provide insights for decision-making. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling and material planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with multiple departments. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
