• Daily office administration work as sending email Invoice, Purchase Order , Sales Order, Packing List and etc • Email SO/PO/INV to customer & Supplier. • Handle email correspondence. • To carry out essential sales coordination and support to sales team. • Able to work with multiple parties (suppliers, customers and operation) to complete the sales process • Ensure collection of payment with internal team • Follow up outstanding order/ enquiry. • To coordinate & work align with the operation team (accounts & logistics) on both goods purchase and delivery • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. • To assist superior in record keeping, updating data & filing, • Assist in general office administrative matters. • Do all filing in a proper documentation in timely and accurate manner. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior as when required from time to time.
