Analytics Operation Manager

Core Skills requirements: 1. Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and access while maintaining compliance. 2. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases and data systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs and compliance standards simultaneously. 3. Lead a team responsible for data entry, cleaning, checking, and standardization processes while maintaining high-quality data. 4. Manage data integration from various sources and platforms, ensuring consistency and reliability for analysis purposes at the same time. 5. Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends, supporting decision-making across departments consequently. 6. Prepare and present reports and visuals to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management accordingly. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management, analytics, and technology to drive continuous improvement while ensuring relevance. 8. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the data operations and analysis team, fostering a culture of collaboration and quality with this in mind. 9. Provide regular feedback to top management on the Company's recruitment functioning for business analytic positions in order to ensure continuity of the Company's general activities flow. 10. Assist in recruitment and participate in the hiring process for business analytic positions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Economics, Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 2. Proven experience in data management, operations, and analysis, with at least 2 years in a operations managerial or leadership role. 3. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends to drive business decisions. 4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences effectively. 5. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. 6. Experience leading and developing a team, with a track record of building high-performing and collaborative teams. 7. Good organisational and operational skills 8. Good working knowledge of data, data models, data tools, and Jira and Confluence 9. Fluency in English and Ukrainian and any other languages, shall be an added advantage 10.
