This senior role requires a hands-on leader with a strong track record in launching and scaling brands across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media marketing, graphic design, video editing, and multilingual copywriting, with fluency in English, French, and Spanish. Experience in healthcare marketing is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive international marketing strategy to establish and grow our brand presence worldwide. Lead brand-building initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring consistent, compelling, and culturally relevant messaging across regions. Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), tailored to regional audiences. Oversee and produce high-quality graphic and video content to engage a diverse audience and effectively communicate our brand values. Write and manage impactful marketing copy in English, French, and Spanish, adapting tone and style to suit each language and market. Analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and optimize engagement in each region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Support, to align on brand messaging and understand customer needs. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in international marketing, with a demonstrated ability to build brands from the ground up. Proven expertise in social media marketing, graphic design, video editing, and content creation. Strong copywriting skills in English, French, and Spanish, with the ability to adapt messaging to different cultures and languages. Experience in healthcare marketing is a significant plus. Strong understanding of cultural differences and sensitivities for effective global marketing. Data-driven with solid experience in marketing analytics and performance optimization. A proactive leader with excellent project management skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital marketing within a startup or high-growth company. Additional language skills are a plus. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Hootsuite, or similar platforms for design and analytics.
