  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Purpose: Support the ServiceNow platform's core modules, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Discovery / IT Operations Management (ITOM), and CMDB, to ensure its reliable and effective operation. Job Scope: - Monitor system performance and identifying areas of improvements. - Monitor regular schedules for imports and exports, as well as daily business operation and be able to troubleshoot these as 1st level support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with various business systems and applications over existing interfaces, based on REST API - Support ServiceNow integrations with other IT operational platforms (inbound and outbound interfaces). - Be able to monitor and troubleshoot Discovery schedules and MID Server setup - Contribute to Operational stability, i.e. make sure that processes are adhered to, and daily checks are carried out, including scheduled jobs monitoring and – if applicable – restarting and troubleshooting Skills: - Hands on experience with ServiceNow Platform, including one of the following modules: CMDB, ITOM (Discovery), ITAM. - Understanding of deployment processes. - Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence). - Good understanding of general IT infrastructure landscapes and technologies - Ability to work in agile environment. - Logical and analytical thinking.
