Sales Admin Responsibilities: • To prepare customer's quotation and send to customer. • Issue sales order, delivery order, AR Invoice and liaison with store personnel to ensure delivery. • To prepare and maintain proper filing of all related documents. • To request supplier's quotation and issue purchase order. • To prepare costing sheet and landed cost computation and monitor inventory stock when the items are at minimum level or necessary. • To prepare Bomba 'C' form and documentation to renew Bomba certificate • To generate statement of account and follow up customer payment. • To prepare supporting document for Banker Acceptance (BA) or Letter of Credit (LC). • To receive & handle incoming calls and inquiries from customer.
