Factory Maintenance - AO Chargeman

Location : Shah Alam Industry : Japanese based metal fabrication Skills : Chargeman AO certs, Minimum 6 years experience in Chargeman (Building & Factory maintenance), Hands on in Mechanical and Electrical Requirements : Minimum Chargeman AO certification certified by suruhanjaya Minimum 6 years experience in Building and factory maintenance and hands on in Mechanical and Electrical Responsibilities: Work closely with consultants / contractors in all building and factory maintenance works (Mechanical and electrical functions) Oversee the maintenance of all infrastructure, electrical equipment, lightings, aircons, solar energy project, fixture and fittings in office premises, factory, canteen, company hostels and expatriates' houses Plan and prepare preventive maintenance schedule for all electrical equipment cooling tower Daily inspection of all electrical equipment, lightings, electrical and fittings Repair, service, replacement of the electrical equipment, mechanical and others Liaise with TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Bomba and others to ensure compliance Other duties assigned by management Others : Immediate position Good attitude candidate required Must be hands on in mechanical and electrical
