We are seeking a highly motivated Operation Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shopping mall. The ideal candidate will ensure the mall’s smooth functioning, safety, and efficiency while enhancing the visitor experience. This role involves facility management, tenant coordination, security, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:Mall Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring all facilities function efficiently. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, security, and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance. Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Tenant & Customer Relations: Act as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and resolve operational concerns. Ensure tenants comply with mall regulations and lease agreements. Support leasing and marketing teams in tenant-related matters. Security & Safety Compliance: Work closely with security teams to ensure a safe environment for visitors and tenants. Implement and oversee emergency response procedures and drills. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements. Budget & Cost Control: Assist in managing operational budgets and controlling expenses. Monitor utility consumption and suggest cost-saving initiatives. Support procurement of supplies and services for mall operations. Event & Facility Management: Support event planning and execution within the mall premises. Ensure mall facilities are prepared and maintained for promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in mall operations, facility management, or a similar role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of safety regulations, vendor management, and building maintenance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
