Site Supervisor

Site Supervision & Project Execution • Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved plans and specifications. • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions. • Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to maintain workflow efficiency. Quality & Safety Compliance • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to engineering standards. • Enforce proper safety protocols and ensure all workers follow health and safety guidelines. Coordination & Communication • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth site operations. • Provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders. • Conduct site meetings and briefings to communicate work plans and responsibilities. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain accurate records of site activities, work progress, materials usage, and any issues encountered. • Prepare daily/weekly site reports and submit them to project managers. • Ensure proper documentation of inspections, permits, and compliance requirements. Resource & Workforce Management • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. • Identify and address site-related challenges, including labor and material shortages. • Provide guidance and training to workers to enhance performance and site safety.
