JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance Manage customer relationship to ensure satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts Assist in the preparation of budgets and sales forecasts Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Prepare and present sales reports to senior management Coordinate sales operations, including inventory management, production planning and order processing. JOB REQUIREMENT: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within Customer Relationship Management preferably in the manufacturing industry Posses Bachelor's degree in related field Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail Able to travel overseas business trip and regionally within short notice Obtain valid driver's license
