Machinist - Fiber Laser Cutting

Role Responsibilities Programming skills - Import DWG & prepare nesting to maximised raw material consumption while minimise technical waste. Establish and maintain high level of machinery knowledge, include the safety work procedure Keep track on quantity & quality of works Perform basic maintenance and consumable exchange for the machine Keep track on consumable stock level Ensure and sustain other module conditions include air compressor, fiber laser head and cooler to be in good condition Knowledge on sheet metal fabrication via laser cutting to meet required quality standard Follow required safety procedure for machine operation Improve and sustain housekeeping Support in training as and when required Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time Role Requirement Diploma, SKM level in manufacturing & machining Minimum 3 years direct working experience Proficient in operating fiber laser cutting machine Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting Independent self-starter Team player, able to work with all levels
