1. To prepare and submit tenders including the production and compilation of tender clarifications 2. Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and quality information in support of tender bids 3. Assist in the development of the procurement strategy and carrying out subcontractors’ procurement 4. Assist in the generation and control of project budgets 5. Preparation of monthly forecasts and/or reports for review and approval of the Senior Quantity Surveyor 6. Preparation of interim claims and final accounts as per contractual datelines in connection with on-going projects 7. Evaluate and prepare subcontractors applications and payments 8. Assist in the preparation of contracts and sub-contracts including preparing of Bills of Quantities. 9. Assist in the post tender clarifications and negotiations. 10.
