• Chief Executive Officer (Native Korean) will look after anything involved in the day-to-day running of the business. • Assisting the Management Director (Native Korean) in deciding budget for all department, targets and initiates business partnerships with other companies, drives the culture of the business. • Oversees employment and ensures there are enough staff (for the right individuals), Manages senior managers, generates new business and gives approval of new projects, responsible for day-to-day decisions, identifies risk and ensures appropriate strategies are in place, ensure the correct practices are being met, attends board meetings and other presentations, drives profitability of the business etc and others. • Must be able to communicate in Korean and able and familiar with Korea Software industry, suppliers and Engineers in Korea. • Must be able to communicate in Korean, familiar with Korean corporate culture and able to work with senior management to develop long-term operational strategies and plans to meet company’s objectives, vision, KPIs and cost management
