Key Responsibilities:- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process payroll, expense reports, and financial statements.
- Ensure accurate data entry of accounting information into the system.
- Assist with tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
- Respond to inquiries related to financial transactions and accounts.
- Support the accounting team in audits and financial reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
