Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process payroll, expense reports, and financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of accounting information into the system.
  • Assist with tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Respond to inquiries related to financial transactions and accounts.
  • Support the accounting team in audits and financial reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an account clerk or in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with payroll processing and tax filings.
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
    • Prior experience in a corporate accounting environment.
