Job Summary:
Reporting to a Sales Team Manager, the Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving successful lead conversions, maximizing sales value through excellent discovery and client management, and proactively building a pipeline of sales opportunities. This role requires effective workload management to meet sales targets and adherence to KPI metrics set by the Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Results-Driven Delivery:Achieve and exceed annual sales targets set by location, market, product, and service capability. Create and deliver plans to meet and surpass these targets, aligned with team and business priorities.
  • Effective Lead Management: Manage new marketing-generated leads promptly and effectively, ensuring thorough discovery of client requirements. Convert leads at or above the agreed conversion rates set by the manager.
  • Pipeline Management: Conduct sufficient prospecting, networking, and outbound sales activities to maintain the necessary sales pipeline. Ensure the pipeline has sufficient value at each stage to meet sales targets, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records on the company’s CRM system. Complete all follow-up actions and tasks on time, in line with global sales processes. Utilize the CRM daily to track interactions, updates, and progress with leads and opportunities.
  • Personal Development and Competency: Stay competent to sell approved products and services through refresher training and development activities. Stay updated with market developments and trends to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Report on current pipeline, forecast sales, and action plans as required. Demonstrate strong knowledge of your order book and sales outcomes.
  • Teamwork and Colleague Support: Support team members to ensure the team meets expected activity levels and targets. Work with SDS colleagues to ensure client expectations are met for new business contracts. Escalate risks and issues timely to minimize client impact.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the service line
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in an Inside Sales role.
  • Knowledge of CRM and other collaborative tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing client needs.
