Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) to determine potential defects
  • Use NDT equipment (e.g., handheld, eddy-current, ultrasonic)
  • Perform NDT calibrations
  • Perform NDT evaluation and inspection
  • Label and package parts
  • Understand inspection/test procedure to industry standards
  • Obtain and interpret inspection reports
  • Perform NDT testing (e.g., ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, fluorescent dye)
  • Perform NDT measurements (e.g., thickness, size, strength, density, etc.)
  • Traveling to clients' locations.
  • Completing test reports, and presenting findings.
  • Maintaining NTD equipment.
  • Comply to requirement of ISO 9001 and ISO 17020
  • Attend operation meeting when require.
  • Report incidents and hazard on MAIA application.


Job Requirements:

  • At least SPM or Diploma holder from recognized academic institution.
  • Able to work as a team with minimum supervision.
  • Have willingness to learn and gain new knowledge.
  • Relevant NDT certification in MT/PT/UT.
  • 3+ years' experience as an NDT technician.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent report-writing skills.
  • Good communication skills.
