Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and answering calls from different locations, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and answer calls from customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a polite and patient demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a must.
• A university degree in any field is preferred (fresh graduate will also be considered).
• Strong communication skills and a detailed-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
