Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and answer calls from customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a polite and patient demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a must.
  • A university degree in any field is preferred (fresh graduate will also be considered).
  • Strong communication skills and a detailed-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
