
Customer Service (Arabic Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Interact with Arabic-speaking customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Customer Support: Provide clear explanations about products, promotions, and company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Handle inquiries, complaints, and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Order Management: Assist customers with purchases, shipping, and return processes when necessary.
- Data Maintenance: Record customer interactions and report issues for service improvements.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) plus Bahasa Malaysia / English.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly, and patient with customers.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in email, CRM systems, and basic office applications (Word, Excel).
- Work Ethic: Responsible, able to work under pressure, and in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
