  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Company Background: Live and Frozen Seafood Distributor.

Job Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Ringan Kinta Jaya (behind Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-set accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other related tasks.
  • Prepare financial statements and bank reconciliations.
  • Use accounting software, for example, AutoCount, to maintain records.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of tax filings (SST, corporate tax, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Work closely with auditors, tax agents, and management.
  • Perform other related accounting tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in full-set accounting. Salary is negotiable above the stated range for highly capable candidates.
Academic background in Accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or others).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Current Working Hours for Office Staff (excluding a one-hour lunch break):

Sunday off | Monday, Wednesday – Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

Office working hours may be adjusted as needed, but we ensure compliance with Malaysia’s 45-hour weekly limit. A candidate’s working hours may be considered for adjustment if deadlines are met and effective collaboration with colleagues and relevant accounting parties is maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
