Salary Package: RM3000 - RM5000 commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms such as social media, email, search engines, online marketplaces, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to adjust strategies effectively.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging content, schedule posts, interact with followers, and track the performance of campaigns.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and monitor search engine algorithms.
Paid Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Analyse ad performance, optimize spending, and ensure that campaign goals are met.
Content Creation:
- Develop and manage the creation of digital content, including pictures, videos, banners, infographics, and other media, to engage and inform target audiences on a monthly basis for online campaigns.
- Oversee the content calendar and collaborate with other departments for content creation.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates, with Mailchimp.
- Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, B2C sales teams, and B2B sales teams.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
