Job Description:

  • Responsible for the day to day operation of the building and ensure the building is well maintained.
  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building.
  • To provide monthly budgetary control for management review.
  • Ensure timely and prompt responses to complaints, request and emergencies.
  • Prepare minutes and reports for meeting.
  • Manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondences and documents.
  • Manage contracts and performance of service providers.
  • To ensure all licenses or contract required by the law or related Act to be renewed on time.
  • To prepare, coordinate and compile all required documents and report for Council Meeting, AGM and EGM.
  • To monitor the billings and collections of the maintenance charges and sinking fund.
  • To implement debt recovery action deem fit against any defaulters.
  • Ad hoc assignment when required by the Council and Company

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
