Security Supervisor
Job Description
1. To ensure all security and safety equipment in the Security Control Room are kept in good working order and to maintain records of all Incident Reports.
2. To enforce discipline and good work ethics amongst the outsourced guards, including monitoring of attendance.
3. To anticipate any preventive and pro-active actions that needs to be taken to prevent crime in and around the mall.
4. Supervises that all daily routines, assignments and shifts are carried out as scheduled, including roll call and briefings for the guards.
5. To investigate and report all incidents of crime and safety that occurs the mall.
6. To observe and coordinate all vendor and contractor activity at site for compliance to company policies/procedures.
7. To implement and assist enforcement agencies in compliance to all relevant Laws, Government Regulations and Acts.
8. To carry out scheduled training of outsourced guards to increase competency level and build confidence in handling situations/incidents.
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM, Professional Education of at least Certificate level
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- At least 3 years’ experience as a security supervisor or 5 years in the security field.
- Ability to lead and motivate guards.
