Human Capital Assistant/ Human Capital Executive
1. Responsible for the general duties such as filing documentation, maintain and update filing, mailing and database systems.
2. Assist in employee welfare activities and programs.
3. To monitor and maintain HR forms and uniforms stock level.
4. Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes.
5. Undertake any ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources and Administrative duties as and when required.
6. Maintain employee personal file records.
7. Process and prepare all HR related correspondence letters and employment contracts.
8. Assist in handling employees’ grievances, disciplinary issues and counselling.
9. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
