We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our optical retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and customer service, ensuring smooth store operations while driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth Drive store sales and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies. Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and optimize sales performance. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity. Team Leadership & Management Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates and optometrists. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations. Customer Service & Communication Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle escalated customer concerns. Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty. Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. Store Operations & Inventory Management Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment. Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or sales leadership role. Strong background in sales, customer service, and team management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the optical industry is a plus. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
