  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Tech Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Bloomthis' Fulfillment Operations. You will be involved in various stages of the fulfillment process, including production, logistics, and customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer and be exposed to AI/ML, Data Analytics, and Software Development. This is a full-time role with expected weekly working hours of 40 hours. The role will be hybrid, with a combination of remote work and in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential technical solutions
  • Assist in technical troubleshooting and bug fixing to unblock business problems
  • Manage Kanban boards to track technical issues
  • Support due diligence efforts, including reviewing existing business support systems for potential improvements
  • Collaborate with Fulfillment Operations Leaders to uncover platform challenges
  • Provide general support to the Chief Technology Officer as needed
