  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a patient, caring, and professional Customer Service Executive to join the dental healthcare team. You will be stationed at a dental client location, ensuring a positive patient experience, offering guidance and supporting patients throughout their visit.

The work location will be based at dental clinics across Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional approach.
  • Answer inquiries related to services, appointments, and insurance.
  • Provide guidance on dental treatments and assist with paperwork.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Process payments and explain payment options.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and records.
  • Ensure patient comfort and address concerns with care.
  • Support smooth clinic operations by communicating with the dental team.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, friendly and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be patient and caring towards patients.
