Job Descriptions:
i. Full Set of Accounts
- Handle the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
ii. Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Input financial data into accounting software.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Update accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
iii. Invoicing and Billing
- Record payments received and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Assist in the reconciliation of client accounts.
- Coordinate invoicing and delivery orders with the logistics team.
iv. Bank Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
v. Financial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
vi. Expense Management
- Record and process expense reports.
- Verify receipts and manage petty cash.
vii. Audit Support
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
- Provide necessary documentation and explanations as required.
viii. Platform Settlement
- Reconcile platform settlements accurately.
ix. Payroll and Statutory Contributions
- Handle staff payroll processing.
- Manage EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory contributions.
x. General Administrative Support
- Handle correspondence related to financial matters.
- Assist with filing and organization of accounting documents.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
xi. Liaison with Other Departments and External Parties
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve financial issues.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and queries.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, and tax agents on audit and tax matters.
xii. Inventory Management
- Assist in stock-taking and inventory management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Working experience in multi-level marketing or direct sales (preferred).
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the company's values.
